Zelo’s 24/7 Unlimited Wash Club is a non-transferable per single vehicle membership. Members may wash the enrolled vehicle once per day. The 24/7 Unlimited Wash Clubs are month to month have no cancellation charges. Each vehicle requires its own membership and is for personal use only; taxis, limos, auto dealers, Uber, Lyft and other professional vehicles are prohibited. Using the membership on another vehicle is considered theft of service and the member agrees to pay for the wash of the non-enrolled vehicle plus a $20 service charge. Violations may result in criminal prosecution, the suspension of the membership and is not eligible for any credits or refunds. The plans have no expiration and renew automatically until cancelled. Membership is not valid for vehicles that are too tall, cannot fit on the conveyor, or ride through the tunnel. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months. This program cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Membership fees will be automatically billed to your credit card on the day corresponding to the commencement date for the agreed plan. Membership automatically renews monthly unless canceled by the customer in writing at least 5 days prior to the billing date, and after first full month. By signing up for Zelo Car Wash’s Unlimited Plan, you are also signing up and agreeing to receive text message alerts and emails from Zelo Car Wash, up to 6 messages per month. You can opt-out of these alerts by replying STOP through text, and by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all emails.
